The Company organises trips and activities in cooperation with third-party providers.
While efforts are made to select dependable and well-equipped partners, the Company cannot directly oversee their operations beyond what is legally allowed.
As such, guests acknowledge that the Company holds no liability for issues related to transportation, hotel accommodations, tourist attractions, or other services provided by these third parties.
Any loss, accident, injury, delay, omission, or breach caused by a third party is solely their responsibility.
Guests are responsible for any personal, medical, or additional expenses incurred during the trip that are not explicitly included in the trip description or listed price.
Although the prices offered by the Company are considered final, they may be subject to change due to factors outside the Company’s control, such as supplier availability or unforeseen cost increases.
The guest acknowledges that such fluctuations may occur and agrees to pay any price differences resulting from Company-initiated changes not related to third-party services.
While the Company aims to provide all services and amenities listed in the trip description (whether written or communicated verbally by Bedouina Tours), availability cannot be guaranteed due to potential external disruptions.
In such cases, the company will make reasonable efforts to arrange suitable alternatives.
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any aspect of the trip/itinerary, such as tours, airlines, meals, transportation, cruises, or other arrangements, when deemed necessary.
Guests will be notified of any changes as soon as practicable, at the company’s discretion.
Such changes may be required due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including decisions or failures by third-party providers.
In such cases, the terms and conditions of the third-party providers will apply, and the Company shall not be liable for any resulting delays or cancellations.
For reasons concerning safety or guest well-being, the itinerary may be altered in response to weather events, natural disasters, health risks, political unrest, and security threats, transportation challenges, or other unforeseen events.
If a trip, activity, or part of a trip is cancelled by the Company for reasons not outlined above, a full or partial refund may be issued.
However, the Company is not obligated to offer additional compensation.
In the event of circumstances beyond its control, refunds may not be possible.
The Company may, at its discretion, provide partial credit or compensation without assuming any liability.
Should a guest be removed from a trip due to violating the Company’s rules or terms, no refund will be provided.
The Company reserves the right to enforce this policy as necessary.
If the Client cancels the reservation or fails to show up (“No-Show”), no refund will be issued for the amount paid.
